2009 Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Worksite Health Promotion Recognition Award

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona, along with the National Partnership for Wellness and the Wellness Council of Arizona, has recognized HSAG for its "Process and Leadership in Worksite Health Promotion," highlighting the company's senior level endorsement, organizational structure, employee leadership, supportive cultures, awareness and lifestyles, and accomplishments and assessments.

2008 Arizona Woman's Top 25 Workplaces for Women

Arizona Woman magazine named HSAG one of its Top 25 Workplaces for Women in its 2008 February issue, acknowledging the company for its large percentage of women in high-ranking positions and its benefits, such as tuition reimbursement, a stock ownership program, and pet health care.

2007 APIPS Organizational Award

HSAG was awarded the Arizona Partnership for Implementing Patient Safety (APIPS) 2007 Organizational Award "for demonstrating partnership in patient safety by working with other organizations or individuals to initiate patient safety programs or systems that have made a measurable difference to a person, persons, or an organization in Arizona." APIPS is a broad coalition of health care professionals from both the private and public sectors who work to strengthen communication and collaboration among health care professionals by providing professional education and resource materials and increasing consumer awareness and participation in the improvement of patient safety.

2003 Arizona Kidney Foundation Chairman's Award

HSAG received the Arizona Kidney Foundation Chairman's Award in 2003 in appreciation of outstanding support in helping fulfill the foundation’s mission of patient services, education, and research.

CMS Certificate of Appreciation

HSAG received the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Certificate of Appreciation for "Sustained high quality performance in data analysis, report development and generation, technical support and presentation of a variety of Medicare Health Outcomes Survey products...without jeopardizing time-sensitive contractual obligations."
