Your Quality Improvement Organization
Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) was founded in 1979 by a
group of medical professionals whose goal was, and is, to make a difference in the quality of health care. Since 1979 HSAG has been the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Arizona.
For beneficiary discharge appeals or if you have complaints about the
quality of Medicare-covered services received by you or a loved one in Arizona, contact HSAG.
