Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Region One provides Walk with Ease workshops at no cost to Maricopa County residents 60 years of age and older. Walk with Ease is a multi-component workshop aimed at improving mobility that also includes health education, stretching and strengthening exercises, and motivational strategies.
To refer your patients, 60 years and older, to these six-week, evidence-based workshops, fax 602.230.9132 (Attention: Health Promotion) and include, at a minimum, the patient’s name and telephone number.
