Area Agency on Aging (AAA), Region One provides Matter of Balance workshops at no cost to Maricopa County residents 60 years of age and older. A Matter of Balance workshop provides strategies to reduce falls and increase activity.
To refer your patients, 60 years and older, to these six-week, evidence-based workshops, fax 602.230.9132 (Attention: Health Promotion) and include, at a minimum, the patient’s name and telephone number.
