Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG) Relocating to New Offices in Phoenix

Phoenix—Health Services Advisory Group, Inc. (HSAG), the quality improvement organization (QIO) for Arizona, is relocating to new headquarters effective July 26 to better serve its customers. HSAG’s new offices are only a few miles from its current address at 1600 E. Northern, Phoenix.

HSAG’s highest priority for the relocation has been a seamless transition with no interruption in services.

HSAG was established in Arizona in 1979. Since then it has served as Arizona’s QIO to improve the outcomes of care for Medicare beneficiaries. It also functions as an external quality review organization (EQRO) for Medicaid beneficiaries in 14 states, including Arizona.

Moreover, HSAG holds national contracts with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid (CMS) on Health Outcomes Survey (HOS) efforts, Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers & Systems (HCAHPS), and Measures Management. Recently, HSAG also entered into collaboration with Arizona Health-e Connection, which has been awarded federal funding to develop a Regional Extension Center program to assist Arizona health care providers with the use of electronic health record systems.
