Medicare Health Outcomes Survey

On the Medicare Health Outcomes Survey Program, CMS contracts with Health Services Advisory Group for HOS data cleaning and analysis, developing and disseminating data files and reports, educating data users and stakeholders on HOS findings and applications, and conducting applied research with HOS data to support CMS priorities.

HSAG received the newly created Certificate of Appreciation from CMS for:

“Sustained high quality performance in data analysis, report development and generation, technical support and presentation of a variety of Medicare Health Outcomes Survey products ... without jeopardizing time-sensitive, contractual obligations.”

The certificate recognizes the level of integrity and commitment to quality that HSAG has brought to the Medicare HOS Program.
