Additionally, language access will be illustrated as a distinct feature of cultural competency. Finally, the paramount issue of quality of language access services will be addressed.
This webinar is part of a series of quarterly patient engagement webinars hosted by Health Services Advisory Group in partnership with the Patient Engagement Learning Center of the Ohio Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative (OPCPCC). The webinar will begin with a half-hour presentation at 12:15 p.m. and will conclude with a 15-minute Q&A session. Natasha Curtis, MA, CHI™ of Lingua Nexus, LLC and Lilly Cavanaugh, MBA, CPM of the Ohio Latino Affairs Commission will serve as the presenters. Participation is limited to the first 150 who register.
