HSAG HIIN is focused on rapid, effective, and sustainable improvement across multiple clinical topic areas and patient types. This type of improvement requires a focus that helps hospitals to quickly identify and resolve challenges. This in-person workshop will focus on safety across the board, including strategies to drive improvement in readmission reduction, adverse drug events, pressure ulcer prevention, and prevention of harm from falls, as well as strategies to prioritize a portfolio of improvement across multiple areas.

Please note, all attendees who would like a small continental breakfast, lunch, all-day beverages, and an afternoon snack at the event need to pay when registering. The cost is $16 per person.

  • Quickly and efficiently learn about innovative methods to drive improvement.
  • Harness the experience and expertise of your hospital leader peers to drive improvement further in the areas of readmissions, adverse drug events, pressure ulcers, and falls with injury.
  • Gain practical tips and expertise that can be operationalized in your hospital.

Target Audience: This full-day workshop is intended for quality improvement leaders, nursing leaders, physician leaders, pharmacists, nurses, and others working to improve care and reduce hospital-acquired harms.
