HSAG HIIN is focused on rapid, effective, and sustainable improvement across multiple clinical topic areas and patient types. This type of improvement requires a focus that helps hospitals to quickly identify and resolve challenges. This in-person workshop will focus on safety across the board, including strategies to drive improvement in readmission reduction, adverse drug events, pressure ulcer prevention, and prevention of harm from falls, as well as strategies to prioritize a portfolio of improvement across multiple areas.
