The HSAG HIIN High-Reliability Workgroup assists hospitals in learning and implementing principles of high-reliability and the development of a safety culture.

Leaders play an integral role in the safety culture and implementation of reliable practices in an organization. This session will feature effective methods for engaging leaders in high-reliability, as well as leadership approaches that solidify a hospital's approach to safety.
