The HSAG HIIN High-Reliability Workgroup assists hospitals in learning and implementing principles of high-reliability and the development of a safety culture.
To effectively build and encourage high-reliability, key roles in the hospital must be on board and involved from the beginning. The principles for building and engaging team members to drive improvement further and faster will be featured in this session.
- Describe methods for engaging key team members in safety and reliability.
- Identify team member roles that are critical to success in safety, reliability, and sustainability.
- Discuss the relationship between successful engagement strategies and high-reliability.
