The HSAG HIIN High-Reliability Workgroup assists hospitals in learning and implementing principles of high-reliability and the development of a safety culture.
Safe and reliable clinical practices are a key component of patient safety. In the conclusion of the High-Reliability Series, we will focus on strategies and practices that healthcare organizations can employ to drive improvement in HIIN clinical topic areas through the lens of safety and reliability.
