The Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) Program will be holding the next installment of its no-cost “Sharing Knowledge, Improving Health Care“ learning series for healthcare providers. This online event features guest presenters from the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI), including Angela Zambeaux, BA, Senior Project Manager, and Martha Hayward, Faculty Lead for Public and Patient Engagement. Zambeaux and Hayward will discuss IHI’s Always Events framework, which holds promise as an approach to accelerate improvement efforts aimed at enhancing patients’ and family members’ experiences of care.
