The Ohio Person-Centered Care Coalition (PCCC) in collaboration with the Ohio Office of the State Long-Term Care Ombudsman is hosting this educational opportunity for nursing facility leadership and staff to learn more about person-centered care. Sessions will include innovative initiative to improve staff retention, person-centered choices, person-centered discharge planning, and more.

Tickets prices are $149 per person. Lunch is included.
Scholarships will be available for staff of about 100 nursing homes participating in the Staff Engagement NH Quality Improvement Project with their local Long-Term Care Ombudsman program.
