Objectives

  • Analyze the communities readmission performance data. ell as develop a regional training curriculum.
  • Examine regulatory changes related to E-prescribing laws effective  January 1, 2019.
  • Review the integration of behavioral health and medical services AHCCCS implemented October 1, 2018.
  • Explore a palliative care strategy to avert readmissions for patients with dementia.

There is NO charge to attend however, registration is required so we can provide an accurate count for room accommodations.
