A free training for healthcare professionals titled Targeting Older Populations to imProve Influenza ouTcomes (TOPPiT), is now online. Sponsored by the Gerontological Society of America (GSA) and mdBriefCase, the training is available online 24/7. This online training allows participants to start and stop it as needed. The training offers 1.25 free CME credits and includes a communication-based counseling tool to help providers manage vaccine hesitancy with older patients.
