San Diego Aging & Independence Services is providing no-cost, virtual diabetes self-management program (DSMP) workshops for older adults, 60 years and older, living in San Diego County.
These programs have proven to help older adults better manage their diabetes, improve their quality of life, and lower healthcare costs.
