Affluent Baby Boomers Know How to Binge Drink

NPR reported on a July 2015 study showing that adults over age 50 who are healthy, active, sociable and well-off are more at risk for harmful drinking than their peers, according to a study published in the BMJ.  Higher education level and higher income level are associated with increased risk of binge drinking, as is women who are retired and men who don’t eat healthily.
