During the Collaborative I face-to-face NNHQCC LAN Workshop 3, HSAG convened a learning and sharing exercise titled “QAPI Café,” depicted in the photo below. Originated by “World Café” (, QAPI Café is a group interaction method focused on sharing knowledge and facilitating collaborative dialogue. This approach has assisted in engaging participating LAN workshop NHs in sharing and spreading best practices to improve the quality of life and care of residents. This exercise supports the “all teach; all learn” aim of the NNHQCC.
